I went to purchase 11,000 diamonds because of the 11,000 diamond x2 , and I receive 11,000 diamonds, just not 22,000 diamond. I also lost out on 15 * shino the sun goddess because of the amount of ur tickets I would have received in the events rewards. I tried support, but the ticket has been sitting there for 4 days when the new event started.
